Melanie's passion is to use her inspirational speaking, personal coaching and brain-compatible training skills to empower others to create successful outcomes and facilitate growth toward personal and organizational potential. Actively speaking, teaching and training for over 20 years, Melanie currently contributes professionally as President/People Development Specialist of her business, Brain Bonanza LLC, and as Staff Development Specialist for DuTrac Community Credit Union.
The CUNA Center for Professional Development recognized Melanie's training excellence with a 2004 Experience Learning Live Standing Ovation Award. Her commitment to excellence extends to her leadership and activity in professional organizations including the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), CUNA HR/Training and Development Council, Iowa Credit Union Training Network, and the Mid-America Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel (MAEOPP).
